Policies 

Things to note:

*** We unfortunately cannot work with hair that has tight braids, extensions or locks because we cannot properly exfoliate and detox the scalp with those types of hairstyles in place. Our massage techniques and tools cannot glide in without possibly damaging the braids and extensions. We appreciate your understanding***

 

*** It is recommended that you come with 1-2 days unwashed hair.

 

*** It is recommended that you leave your valuable jewelry at home prior to coming in for your appointment.

 

*** It is recommended that you come without any makeup on

 

 

*** We will use the necessary products on your hair for a rough blow dry

Appointments and Cancellations:

​Late Arrivals:

15 minutes late may result in appointment forfeiture or a shortened service time.

Cancellations:

Cards will be kept on file. Under 24 hours' notice for cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee (50% for cancellation, 100% for no-show).

Exceptions:

Some policies may offer exceptions for emergencies or illness, requiring notification via call or email.

Service and Refusal:

Illness or Contagious Conditions:

We have the right to refuse service to clients exhibiting signs of illness or contagious conditions.

Inappropriate Behavior:

Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior towards staff can also be grounds for service refusal.

Failure to Follow Policies:

Clients who repeatedly disregard salon policies (e.g., frequent cancellations) may also be refused service.
